Edwin’s Place will represent the African American Planning Commission’s efforts to develop a mix of affordable rental housing and permanent supportive rental housing for low-income working families from the community, homeless vets, and special needs homeless single New Yorkers living with HIV/AIDS, mental health disorders, and chronic histories of substance abuse.
